House of Auer comes to Hanko with a glamorous set of drag performances and a DJ-set with Certified Gay Bops. The audience will be greeted with the best bits from their career, including stirring interpretations and larking about in camp-style.
Pride primarily stands for human rights and the promotion of sexual and gender minorities, but other minorities are also included under the rainbow. Raseborg Pride is about spreading knowledge in order to break barriers that stand in the way of inclusion. Although the situation has generally improved for LGBTQIA+ people, neither Western Uusimaa nor society as a whole is yet at a stage where Pride is no longer needed. Raseborg Pride is organised by a voluntary working group with the association Raseborgs Regnbåge behind it.
House of Auer is a groundbreaking drag collective founded in the suburbs of Vantaa, drawing its inspiration from memes, laundromats, Sinikka Puolukka Nagrigorijeva and the former first female president of Finland, Tarja Halonen. The collective has produced their own Happy Auer and Cocktail Auer clubs, and have performed on stages across Finland, most notably the Drag Me To HEL events and Flow Festival. The audience will be greeted with the best bits from their career, including stirring interpretations and larking about in camp-style.
