Astrea

Brankis

The main entrance has a step that ranges from 6–18cm, and the main doors have 3cm thresholds.

Brankis does not have an induction loop. Note also that the main door is not automatic and is relatively heavy.

Hanko Art Gallery

The art gallery does not have an induction loop.

HYDDA is largely non-verbal and therefore suitable for non-Swedish speakers. Parts of the work are participatory. The installation invites you to explore and interact with it independently. The performative parts are interactive and participatory, where each audience member can participate in the way that suits them.

The installation includes flour and scents.

Hanko Brewing Company

Address: Satamakatu 11, 10900 Hanko

  • The terrace has a threshold of cirka 7cm
  • The inside bar is not accessible, with two steps (with a handrail) and no ramp

The building does not have an induction loop or an accessible toilet.ws on the floor or on chairs. The performance also includes participatory elements, such as discussion.

Hanko Town Hall (foyer and ballroom)

The performance takes place outside in a garden. The audience moves in the garden with the actor. The lawn is fairly flat and can potentially be traversed with a wheelchair. There is no toilet.

Kino Olympia

Kulturmagasinet Victor

  • The toilets’ entrances have a 17cm step and a 12cm threshold

The building does not have an accessible toilet or induction loop. Please note that the building is quite cold even in the summer. The nearest accessible toilet is at the Hanko Art Gallery located nearby. If the door is locked, you can ask a member of the festival team to open the door by calling Kristin Helgaker at +358 41 455 4027.

Lillmärsan forest

The performance takes place in the Lillmärsan forest and includes walking in the forest. The location is not accessible for wheelchair users or people that can’t walk for some while in the forest. There will also be some sitting pads in the first, but no chairs.

The audience gathers at Kulturmagasinet Victor at 5:30 pm on Friday and 3:30 pm on Saturday, from where we’ll walk to the performance location together. The route is about 2 kilometres. We’ll organise lifts for those who wish to preserve their strength. The audience can travel back to Kulturmagasinet Victor by a bus organised by Port of Hanko.
