Hurja Hangö: Mos å sås

Price: 10 € Length: 1,5 h Language: Swedish (translation to English if needed)
community theatreperformance

Mos å sås is a cooking class where the audience learns how food was prepared in the old days in Hanko. Local chefs Maggi and Krisse present and prepare the  menu of the day and might just slip in an old tale or two whilst stirring up their magic. For the grande finale, everyone shares the meal around the dining table. The performance is a tribute to the community, to Hanko and to being and doing together!

The day’s menu: biff à la Lundström (both meat and vegetarian version of biff á la Lindström) and rhubarb kisel!

Chef de cuisine: Margareta Sjöblom
Chef patissiere: Kristina Nordström
Supported by: Aktia-stiftelsen i Hangö, Hangö Sparbanksstiftelse, Amos Anderson Fund, the Finnish Parliament’s Christmas gift fund and private sponsors

Maggi and Krisse are the world’s most active pensioners. These go-getters are always in a good mood.
