For twenty years, Hangö Teaterträff has presented the Antonia Award, named after one of the festival’s founders, Antonia Ringbom. The prize is awarded annually to a performance which the jury considers to demonstrate “artistic courage and diversity within Finnish-Swedish theatre”. But what do we actually mean by artistic courage and diversity? Our panellists round off this year’s festival by taking a stance on this question.
The panellists consist of this year’s Antonia Award jury, Tomas Jansson, Vilhelmina Öhman and Lasse Garoff, with Antonia Atarah as moderator.
