MYÖS-kollektiivi: Bloom Abundance
“Multiple flowers can bloom at the same time and be equally, yet uniquely beautiful. In fact, flowers in full bloom don’t distract from the beauty of the others, instead they team up together, magnifying the level of beauty for all.”
MYÖS is a Helsinki based DIY collective, party platform and co-care network for genre-fluid electronic music DJs, producers, organisers, party lovers and allies of currently underrepresented actors in the Helsinki club scene, and anyone in favour of a safer space to party in.

James Lórien MacDonald is a half-Finnish, half-Scottish, Canadian queer transgender nuisance. He’s the founder of Helsinki’s Feminist Comedy Night, runs Comedy Idiot once a month with Aatu Raitala, and runs the drag/burlesque/stand up/spoken word queer show Punch Up! with Mira Eskelinen and Juuso Kekkonen. He’s also on a weekly comedy podcast about life and politics in Finland, How Bad Was That with co-host Ali Jahangiri. His stand-up is like a magical red-green bubble that’s always on the verge of crashing in the dirt of life, and that’s just the way he likes it.
